Peterson Dracula Spigot 86 Sandblasted Apple Estate Briar Pipe, Unsmoked
Out of stock
Description
Peterson pipes generally need no introduction, but just in case you’re unfamiliar: in 1876, a Latvian named Charles Peterson immigrated to Ireland and was hired making pipes in a workshop owned by Frederick and George Kapp. After rising through the ranks to become head craftsman, Peterson bought into the Kapp’s business, which was renamed, Kapp & Peterson (K&P). During this time, Peterson himself applied for several patents for pipe designs, including the world-famous Peterson’s System. Since then, Peterson has become one of the most recognizable names in pipe smoking and continues to produce high quality pipes from their headquarters in Dublin.
Peterson’s Dracula series originally debuted in 2012, as part of a limited run to commemorate 100 years since the passing of Irish writer Bram Stoker. It was, however, such a success that Peterson opted to produce it more regularly. And, funnily enough, the success that came with the Dracula line’s reissue led to a subsequent limited edition pipe on the same theme: the Dracula Spigot. Released in 2025, the Dracula Spigot took the same gothic aesthetic used for the standard Dracula line and added specially engraved, sterling silver spigot mounts. The line has not been in production since the 2025 run, after which it disappeared into the shadows once more.
This pipe is completely unsmoked, with an original bowl coating. It comes with its original box and sleeve.
