Cesare Barontini Linea 03 Wire Rusticated Poker (9mm) (Unsmoked Estate)

Barontini is one of the oldest companies in the pipe industry in Italy. Founded in 1890 in Tuscany by Turildo Barontini, the company initially only produced briar, but in 1925, Turildo’s son Bruno shifted the operation to making pipes from this briar. Later, the company was inherited by Cesare Barontini, whose name is most readily associated with Barontini pipe production. Barontini is still operated by Cesare and his wife today. Cesare is a Barontini sub-brand.

Taking its name from the Italian for “line,” Barontini’s Linea series is comprised of wire rusticated briars, giving each a distinctive look and nicely tactile quality. These pipes are then given a dark, near black finish and fitted with bright metal accents and black acrylic mouthpieces, giving them something of a “dress pipe” aesthetic.

This pipe is completely unsmoked, with an original bowl coating. It is chambered to accept 9mm filters if desired and comes with its own adapter if non-filtered use is preferred.
