Savinelli Roma 401 Partially Rusticated Dublin (6mm) (New)

It is probably fair to say that Savinelli is Italy’s most famous pipe brand. Founded in Milan in 1876 by Achille Savinelli, the brand has continuously offered high quality pipes for nearly 150 years. Though various Savinelli lines have come and gone over the years, the brand has always been notable for putting out classically styled pipes with a distinctly Italian twist.

The Roma is one of Savinelli’s flagship lines, and has been for decades. While many other lines have come and gone, the Roma has endured, in part because of how well it encapsulates the Savinelli house style, and in part because of how reasonably priced it is for the quality it embodies. The design itself is a very balanced one; it brings together elements of traditional Anglo-French aesthetics and a few more modern ones that Savinelli itself helped pioneer and popularize, including a stony rusticated finishing.

This pipe is chambered to fit 6mm filters, such as Savinelli’s own balsa filters, if desired.
