Rocky Patel (by Nording) Copenhagen Rusticated Freehand Estate Briar Pipe, Danish Estates

While Rocky Patel is a cigar company (created by Mr Rocky Patel), it did, in 2015, commission the Nording workshop to produce a series of Rocky Patel pipes. As to how this unlikely partnership came about, Rocky Patel and Erik Nording became friends in the 2000s, which led to Patel’s company creating a cigar to honor Erik’s 50th year in the tobacco business. Nording repaid this gesture with a series of distinctly Danish freehand pipes, made and marketed under the Rocky Patel name. This is one of those pipes, a rusticated variant showing off a unique, vermiculated finish.

The condition is very good. Some inner rim darkening.
