Papa Bear’s Pipes by Tim Beaumont Sandblasted Cobra Handmade Briar Pipe, New
Out of stock
Description
Papa Bear’s Pipes are made by North American artisan Tim Beaumont. Beaumont has been making pipes since 2018, cultivating a unique style that isn’t afraid to mix and match design elements and to create something completely out of the ordinary.
This pipe is one of two cobra renditions included in the latest batch of Tim Beaumont’s Papa Bear’s Pipes, and I’m not sure which one I like more. Both incorporate the snaking figure of the shape’s namesake into design, and both feature excellent, craggy sandblasting. The color palette on this one is a little more reserved, with a dark, near-black finish and just a dash of color by way of a mineral-like accent. This one is also the genuine featherweight of the two, being relatively compact and so light that I’d wager even a toddler could clench it—which, of course, I don’t endorse, but you get the picture.
