Molina Barasso C1387 Sandblasted Brandy (9mm) (New)

Molina, also known as Molina di Barasso, is an Italian pipe company with a stronger hold on the world of pipes than it might seem at first glance. Located in Lombardy, at the same premises that Rossi once occupied prior to the latter’s closure, Molina’s factory produces both Molina-brand pipes, as well as pipes for a significant number of other brands and shops. This it does with remarkable consistency in addition to affordability, which the Molina company credits partly to the historic ties, tools, and “secrets” that came with its acquisition of the old Rossi campus—one that has existed since the 19th century.

The Barasso is one of Molina’s flagship series, and is indeed named for the town in Italy where the company is located. Juxtaposing traditional Anglo-French shapes with a wide variety of traditional and modern finishes, each is accented with a bright metal collar and fitted with an easy-going acrylic mouthpiece.

This pipe is chambered to accommodate 9mm filters if desired.
