Molina Modena Sandblasted Brown MV3 Poker (New)

About this pipe:

Molina, also known as Molina di Barasso, is an Italian pipe company with a stronger hold on the world of pipes than it might seem at first glance. Located in Lombardy, at the same premises that Rossi once occupied prior to the latter’s closure, Molina’s factory produces both Molina-brand pipes, as well as pipes for a significant number of other brands and shops. This it does with remarkable consistency in addition to affordability, which the Molina company credits partly to the historic ties, tools, and “secrets” that came with its acquisition of the old Rossi campus, one that has existed since the 19th century.

The Modena series takes a handful of Molina’s familiar shapes and gives them a bold personality with a patterned yellow and black acrylic stem, so each one stands out on the pipe rack. The line is offered in a brown sandblast as well as smooth dark brown and smooth natural finishes, and the sandblasted versions pair a warm, textured bowl with that eye-catching mouthpiece.
