Mina Pipes Sandblasted Belge/ Horn Estate Briar Pipe, Unsmoked
Out of stock
Description
This particular pipe came to us with a batch of new old stock (NOS) pipes from a store closure a few states over. Based on what I was able to research, the Mina company runs a pipe workshop in China, not unlike HS Studio or GH Zhang, which produces a number of different makes based on the style of pipe. This one is at once a very traditional design and a quite modern one. Taking the form of a late 19th/early 20th century Belge, or perhaps Devil Anse, depending on how you look at it, the pipe is dressed in a striking blue sandblast, accented by a horn ferrule and hand-ebonite stem.
This pipe is completely unsmoked. There’s a small blemish in the finish and some slight weathering to the horn, so the price has been adjusted. This will not affect the pipe’s smoking properties and is difficult to notice even on a cosmetic level.
