Description

The MBSD Meerschaum Silver is our line of silver mounted meerschaum pipes. Using the same high-grade, fast-coloring Turkish meerschaum found on our Deluxe series, these pipes exclusively feature either silver ferrules, army mounts or spigot mounts.

There are certain shapes, however, that every good meerschaum seller needs in their portfolio, and which are bona fide classics in just about every medium. A traditional billiard is one of them, to the extent that, historically, influences between briar pipe companies and meerschaum carvers have been very much mutual. For this one, the design approach was a little more modern, however. Not only is it a veritable mini-magnum as far as proportions go, it also has a thickened shank reminiscent of certain Danish shapes, allowing it to house a reverse calabash system that keeps the smoke passing through it even cooler and drier than usual.

This pipe comes with a custom-fitted hard case.
