The MBSD Meerschaum Silver is our line of silver mounted meerschaum pipes. Using the same high-grade, fast-coloring Turkish meerschaum found on our Deluxe series, these pipes exclusively feature either silver ferrules, army mounts or spigot mounts.

There are certain shapes, however, that every good meerschaum seller needs in their portfolio, and which are bona fide classics in just about every medium. A traditional billiard is one of them, to the extent that, historically, influences between briar pipe companies and meerschaum carvers have been very much mutual. This particular MBSD Meerschaum stays close to the shaping conventions familiar to billiards from time immemorial, even having an amber-toned acrylic mouthpiece to further that old-world feel. One significant difference between this billiard and those of centuries past is its inclusion of a reverse calabash system nestled in its thick shank, helping to keep smoke cool and dry as it passes from the chamber to the mouthpiece.

This pipe comes with a custom-fitted hard case.
