Description

There are few things as luxurious on a pipe as sterling silver, and there are few things as practical as a rim cap. The MBSD Meerschaum Silver Cap is, like our other Silver lines, mounted with sterling silver, but this time at the rim. Not only does this add an extra layer of finery and elegance to the pipe, it helps protect the rim and the top of the chamber from lava build up and the odd slip of the flame.

I do like a good Dublin, especially the stout and broad-bowled Dublins of post-war Denmark, and thus I cannot help but have similar shapes included in our MBSD Meerschaum catalog. This one blends a little of the new world with the old, as far as pipes go, with a good amount of Danish shaping to the bowl, but in a quintessentially Turkish, floral-carved dress. The mouthpiece is similarly classical, having been made from amber-toned acrylic, evoking the ornate meerschaums of the 19th and early 20th centuries.

This pipe comes with a custom-fitted hard case.
