Description
Squat shapes are by no means common when it comes to meerschaum pipes, though, if done well, they’re certainly not unwelcome. This one is a beautifully carved, squat, wide diplomat—in fact, it is so squat that it approaches the proportions of the old Ukulele designs of Sixten Ivarsson, and which became the Stanwell shapes 91 and 92. A source of inspiration? Possibly. That or simply very old French briars.
This pipe is completely unsmoked and comes with its original case.
