Unknown Smooth Billiard w/ Brass & Case Estate Meerschaum Pipe, Unsmoked

I’m not sure who made this meerschaum but it is eminently traditional as far as pipes of the sort go. I would imagine it is Turkish-made, though its shaping, brass mount, and color palette clearly evoke the much older, Austrian and Austrian-American meerschaum pipes of Fischer, Andreas Bauer, and the like.
This pipe is completely unsmoked.
