Kaywoodie Smooth Apple Estate Briar Pipe, American Estates
Out of stock
Description
Kaywoodie pipes are as American as apple pie. Starting in 1919 as a pipe brand for KB&B, a pipe shop dating all the way back to 1851, Kaywoodie has since then been a staple of American-made pipes. In the present, many Kaywoodies are collectors’ items, in addition to being fantastic smokers.
This particular Kaywoodie is a very pleasant, virgin finished apple from the make’s recent production. Showing off a good deal of bird’s-eye grain, the pipe is very lightweight, making it an ideal clencher, especially with its comfortable ebonite stem.
The condition is very good. A couple of small, superficial scratches on the bowl and an ever so slightly over-reamed chamber.
