Buckeye Sandblasted Squat Tomato Estate Briar Pipe, American Estates
Out of stock
Description
Buckeye pipes are made in the workshop of Premal Chheda. Chheda is a long-established master in the American artisan scene, but his impact extends far beyond Chheda pipes. This is because he’s also one of America’s most prolific teachers in high-grade, artisan pipe making, having mentored figures such as Micah “Yeti” Cryder, Bill Shalosky, and Jesse Jones. Buckeye pipes are one of the many fruits of Chheda’s endeavors as a teacher. They are made by his students and offered both as an affordable example of high quality, handmade pipes, and as a means of supporting the artisans who make them. This one is a classic, American-style squat tomato, with a crisp black sandblast and flared acrylic stem.
The condition is good. Some darkening and finish fading on the rim.
