Unknown Smooth Panel Rhodesian w/ Acrylic Estate Briar Pipe, Other Estates
Out of stock
Description
This pipe came in with a large lot of Edward’s pipes, a significant pipe company in the United States in the 20th century and which Randy Wiley once worked for. It is very similar in style, which led me to think it could be related to Edward’s in some way, though as it is not stamped (or the stampings have buffed off), I can’t say anything conclusively about its maker. On the other hand, I can say that it’s a nice pipe, taking the form of a large, freehand panel-Rhodesian hybrid, with excellent straight grain and a golden acrylic army mount and stem.
The condition is very good too. Just some minor inner rim darkening and slight handling marks.
