As much as it pains me to say, I wasn’t able to find much information about “Decade” pipes. The style of this one is a little reminiscent of Custom-Bilt, at least in terms of rustication, though it’s not quite the same as Tracy Mincer’s signature finish. It’s a sturdy briar, though, with good shaping as far as hand-feel goes, too.
The condition is great. Very minor inner rim darkening.
