It’s rare that I come across a pipe from a maker for which there exists seemingly no trace of information, but it does happen. This is one of those cases. I would guess that this “Yager” is American, and that the pipe is a mid-century make, given that it is not only a bullcap Rhodesian shape, but that it is very similar to the bullcaps seen from other American mid-century pipe companies, such as Custom-Bilt and Kaywoodie. It is interesting to find one that is hand made, though.
The condition is good. Some inner rim charring and minor handling marks.
