Description

The MBSD Meerschaum Silver is our line of silver mounted meerschaum pipes. Using the same high-grade, fast-coloring Turkish meerschaum found on our Deluxe series, these pipes exclusively feature silver army mounts or spigot mounts.

While many of our meerschaum designs take inspiration from Danish shapes or shapes from the world of Danish-influenced artisan pipes, or indeed from under-utilized, traditional, Anglo-French briar pipe shapes, for this Silver line model the impetus was simple: create something that looks but, but will also, as the saying goes, “smoke like a freight train.” It’s a stout and sturdy billiard shape, with thick bowl walls, a generous chamber, and a reverse calabash system to make sure things stay cool and dry during the long sessions its build affords.
