The MBSD Meerschaum Silver is our line of silver mounted meerschaum pipes. Using the same high-grade, fast-coloring Turkish meerschaum found on our Deluxe series, these pipes exclusively feature silver army mounts or spigot mounts.
The Rhodesian is not typically a shape associated with reverse calabash systems, such as the one this possesses, but I’d say my carver has done a pretty good job in showing that it can be done—and, more importantly, done well. The result is a decidedly stout design, and one slightly reminiscent of the “Tubos” reverse calabash shapes of Tom Eltang, albeit much larger and with much greater heft.
