The Gold Ingot model of S.T. Dupont’s Ligne 2, or Line 2, lighter is intended to symbolize the passing down of an heirloom, such as an ingot of solid gold, down through generations. It’s fitting, both because of the yellow gold used in its construction and because S.T. Dupont lighters are heirlooms in their own right, with a well-earned prestige and status of luxury. We received this one from a collector who was downsizing his collection. He filled it and lit it a few times, but it ultimately didn’t see much “action” at all before being stored away safely, after which it ended up coming to us. The lighter comes with its original box and all of its original paperwork. We’ve furthermore had the lighter fully serviced and authenticated.

The Line 2 Gold Ingot is a dual, soft flame lighter utilizing a pyrophoric ignition system. Made from brushed yellow gold, it is emblazoned with S.T. Dupont’s name and crest.
